Yes I am 'syncing' with Outlook

when I multi-sync I see about 150 public holiday dates deleted then reinstalled when it starts downloading. Is there any way to prevent this happening?

Using the BLUE arrow (second from left) doesn't solve the problem and is what I have done previously. I currently have 24 messages showing on MPE desktop (Version 1.9.0). I have zero messages on my phone.

The messages arrive at my phone and show in MyPhoneExplorer - fine.

I delete most messages from my phone and archive want I want to keep on MPE. However not all messages that I delete on my phone get deleted on MPE. I can archive on MPE but doesn't get rid of messages on MPE.

I just tried again and then found a pop up on the phone enabling me to change to default messaging system. I have done this and can now delete from the desktop but didn't appear to do this as part of syncing.

Far from perfect but now workable.

I have been a user for a long time - great product.
I have just switched my phone to Nokia 8.1 and now seem to have problems synchronising my sms messages. I have deleted messages on phone but they still appear on desktop app. I can't manually delete from desktop.

I'm getting a mysterious error. When using MPE linked via wifi or USB, I can both send, receive and reply to messages but nothing I send shows up in the messages list until I refresh the view. My outbound messages don't show in Conversation or in Sent Items views.

When it tries to connect with my PC it displays many different lines.

Probably very obvious but where do you turn off the UPDATER.
I looked in settings with MPE client and didn't see a relevant option

I downloaded the APK on my Windows PC and used the MPE existing client to copy it to my phone. Using a file manager on my phone (X-plore) I opened the APK and selected the Android updater. Just purchased new Huawei Y6 2018 Android.
I installed Huawei software but doesn't seem 'match' MyPhoneExplorer.
I have installed a microSD card (256gb - have 32gb to try sometime) and Formatted as per phone.
I took a photo.
I then transferred photo to MyPhoneExplorer on PC
Then ...

Just had to do a factory reset on my phone. (just kept pinging every second)
Have backed up using MyPhoneExplorer desktop
Re booted clean phone and go to play google to INSTALL and my device is greyed out - i.e. already installed
