The messages arrive at my phone and show in MyPhoneExplorer - fine.
I delete most messages from my phone and archive want I want to keep on MPE. However not all messages that I delete on my phone get deleted on MPE. I can archive on MPE but doesn't get rid of messages on MPE.
Cuurently have Zero messages on phone but currently about 40 messages on MPE. Resynced and some 15 have been removed - i.e. some but not all
Is there any obvious reason for this or indeed any means of getting rid of the messages on MPE

Using the BLUE arrow (second from left) doesn't solve the problem and is what I have done previously. I currently have 24 messages showing on MPE desktop (Version 1.9.0). I have zero messages on my phone.
If I try and delete using the delete symbol (5 from left on menu bar) then I get a message asking me if I wish to delete from phone - if I answer YES I get an ERROR message saying "Cannot be deleted". If I answer NO then nothing appears to happen (worth trying).
The messages date from October 2021 until 19th February - many messages have been deleted sucessfully
