Seems to go through periods of bad connections.
I just downloaded the latest desktop software (Windows 10) and tried to connect. I set auto detect (but don't have bluetooth on). The phone is Connected by USB (it charges fine) and it is connected by WIFI. Both are confirmed in the MyPhoneExplorer client software on the the phone. The phone is Huawei Y6 Android (about 15 months old and has worked fine most of the time)
If the phone is connected then surely this must be some sort of software set up.
I have a VPN and tried disconnecting/reconnecting without any change.
I have desktop cradle so the unit is almost permanently connected via USB
Help please
