Have been using MyPhoneExplorer for my w810i with no problems. Have tried reinstalling the software (on 2 diffferent computers to no effect)However have upgraded to a W890i which I cant seem to get to work. Keep getting the following

Try the following
• Take the battery out of your phone for 2 minutes
• Restart your computer
• If you use Bluetooth: Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the "Serial Port" service is activated in your Bluetooth software
• If you use a USB cable: If a new menu appears when you connect your phone, then select "Phone mode" and NOT "File transfer"!
• If you use USB-cable: make sure that you have installed the drivers for it.
