W890i connection problems

Hi

Have been using MyPhoneExplorer for my w810i with no problems. Have tried reinstalling the software (on 2 diffferent computers to no effect)However have upgraded to a W890i which I cant seem to get to work. Keep getting the following

No Device found


Try the following

• Take the battery out of your phone for 2 minutes
• Restart your computer
• If you use Bluetooth: Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the "Serial Port" service is activated in your Bluetooth software
• If you use a USB cable: If a new menu appears when you connect your phone, then select "Phone mode" and NOT "File transfer"!
• If you use USB-cable: make sure that you have installed the drivers for it.

None of the above work any suggerstions anyone

How do you connect the phone? (USB, Bluetooth,...)
Which OS do you use?

Maybe the logfile will help.

I connect via USB. Using windows XP home edition.

What is the logfile??
