cannot get phone connected to the software !

Hi,
in usb mode its like it doesn't detect the client running on the phone, i've tried everything, re-installing the software from both phone and PC but it didn't work, i also t
ADB is ok, debugging mode is ok but no chance of connection ...
what should i do ?!

I think HTC Sync is launched in background and does disturb the connection. Terminate HTC Sync. If this is not the reason the the Firewall does make the problems

Hello, I have tried and spent hours trying to update the software on my old G502, I believe I have the drivers, but I do not know how to install them, the software is not recognising my fone.

The G502 is not based on Android so all information in this thread are not helpfully for you. Take a look at this FAQ
