cannot get phone connected to the software !

Hi,
in usb mode its like it doesn't detect the client running on the phone, i've tried everything, re-installing the software from both phone and PC but it didn't work, i also t
ADB is ok, debugging mode is ok but no chance of connection ...
what should i do ?!

I think HTC Sync is launched in background and does disturb the connection. Terminate HTC Sync. If this is not the reason the the Firewall does make the problems
