Outlook sync/Unknown entries

Trying to sync contacts from Outlook to phone. Same 3 contacts are identified by MPE as missing from phone. I choose to create new entries on the phone for these three contacts but when I look at the phone, the contacts are not created. Furthermore, each time I synch, I get (Unknown) contacts added to the top of my phone's contact list. If I try to view these contacts, the phone says "The contact does not exist".

This happens on Wi-Fi as well as Bluetooth.

I've confirmed that these new entries make it from Outlook to MPE on Windows. I've tried using "sync with outlook", multi-sync, and "download entire" without success. Each time, I get additional (Unknown) entries but never the 3 contacts that MPE identifies as missing from the phone.

Maybe thos three contacts are assigned to another contact-account. Check out the setting "Contact-Accounts to sync" in MyPhoneExplorer client

The same thing is happening to me. Sometimes when I sync, the software prompts me to add a contact to my phone. Instead of adding the complete contact information to my phone, the contact is added as Unknown. The Unknown contact is not accessible.

Which contact account did you select in the settings of MyPhoneExplorer Client ?

This happens to me too. Each time I "SYNC" the phone to my PC I get another "unknown" blank entry.

How is this contact show in the contactlist of MyPhoneExplorer ?
