All synched well to the PC but I seem to be unable to synch logs, notes and messages back to the phone....what am I doing wrong.
Also, I accidentally archived my messages....how do I get them back into the phone now?

I have tried USB, Wifi (on the same network) and usb. it says that it cannot find the IP address by wifi and cannot find a device connected to the USB. Why of all phones is this the one that does not work!!

How do I most efficiently move my data from my 990i to my new E72? First, how do I get MPE to recognise the E72? Do I need to port everything to Outlook first and then synchronise the E72 with outlook or can i do it directly?

Yes that is where I see them but is there anyway of transferring these back on to the phone via MPE? In other word can I upload these via MPE back to the phone?

Also in Phone book and notes, why is it that some data was lost even though I synced before re-installing to software? Is the data hidden ...

It appears to be an auto-archived copy. How do I restore it to the inbox and then sync it back to the phone?
A bit confused. Second button on the tool bar is View or am I misreading what you are talking about.

text messages are gone but then I might have screwed that up. Some recently updated phonebook stuff and some recent notes.

a lot of recent stuff has disappeared? If I did a sync before doing this, where did all that recent data go? Why were the notes not ported and why have all of the texts disappeared? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Is it also possible to synch with google or thunderbird as I do not use outlook
does it have to be a symbian phone to use or is it only good on SE phones. I am thinking of switching to Nokia E72 or Nokia N900 or HTC phone.

I have not been able to get phone explorer on and am getting a runtime error every time. Also, yesterday and other times before, I have been having a hard time getting the computer to recognise my phone for MPE. Help!! I did reinstall the programme but it has not helped.

I think that I figured it all out. the exclamations indicate holidays and I manually got rid of the events that were completed. Thanks for your help today!

Synching and elimanting entries (i.e indicating that they are completed)

What about all of the red exclamation marks and the tasks that I cannot get rid of? How does that work?

I have lost the capacity to receive text messages in real time with MPE which I used to have but seems to have disappeared. Also, I have piles of exclamation marks...what do they mean? Also, I have some old tasks that are completed...how do I get rid of them? Thanks

I tried to add my wife's phone to the software and it worked but the next time I fired it up everything started to go wrong and the software froze. Also, when I tried to get into your website, my firefox froze as well!!!
