runtime error 399 popping up

Hi

I have not been able to get phone explorer on and am getting a runtime error every time. Also, yesterday and other times before, I have been having a hard time getting the computer to recognise my phone for MPE. Help!! I did reinstall the programme but it has not helped.

While I am at it, I am going to change phones and might be switching to Nokia or something else. What will happen to all my data? Will I be able to transfer my data

Runtime Error 339 appears if there is a problem with the installation. Ensure that you have admin-access and restart your PC after the setup.

Its possible to copy contacts and organizer to other brands (sync them with Outlook).

Is it also possible to synch with google or thunderbird as I do not use outlook
does it have to be a symbian phone to use or is it only good on SE phones. I am thinking of switching to Nokia E72 or Nokia N900 or HTC phone.

You can sync your SonyEricsson-Phone with Google or Thunderbird but i don't know if there is a similar app for Nokia
