I tried to add my wife's phone to the software and it worked but the next time I fired it up everything started to go wrong and the software froze. Also, when I tried to get into your website, my firefox froze as well!!!
Not sure what is going on. I have since deleted my wife's account and everything is back to normal. Is is it not possible to have these on at the same time?
btw, it is still freezing up even after I deleted the other phone

Cause your problems with firefox - i have no clue whats going wrong there.
Normally you can manage many diffrent phones with MyPhoneExplorer. probably this is a bug in MyPhoneExplorer. Can you reproduce it ? If yes - can you post the contents of the file %appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer\debug.txt after the crash ?

Thanks for getting back to me. I will see what I can do but I already deleted the phone and also the sony ericsson platform as I am having some other problems after I loaded that on!
