Thought maybe I'd try just an export without the phone connected. It also closes immediately.

Not sure how or what to do.

No sure why. Works fine on same phone (HTC one) in Windows 10 on another pc that I still have 1.86 on. Prefer to use the one with 1.87 since it's my most current data. The other one I haven't uses in months.

Any ideas?

I just got a new Nexus 5x & want to get the newest data.

Thanks that was it. I wasn't aware it had changed thought it does say to use the other (preferred for TM717).

I have been using for a longtime. Have photos for the contacts. They don't show up in MPE. Don't use Outlook. Just MPE & Google synch now with Sony Equinox. Have the 1.82.
I did a synch of the phone to MPE that put on 2nd computer for 1st time. That one is set up to synch with MPE only.

I have contact photos sometimes the same for different contacts. I find when I add the photo it then saves it as a new generic PB_XX eah time even though I alread y have it in phone. Is it necessary to have all these repeat images & extra file space used? Can I just use the original filename rather ...

Please Post what where the log file is. I posted what was written after the error code. That is the only inofrmation given in the error box. If there is something else then it would be nice if there was some direction in that box as to what or where this information is.

Been using the software for a while on & off. Have 1.71 but did this in previous one as well when I tried to do the multi sync. Phone is connected.

Given that there is a 300 limit to appoinntments do I need to delete past event to avoid the limit or will they clear after the date?
