No Photo image box in the Contact edit screen. How Get it?

I have been using for a longtime. Have photos for the contacts. They don't show up in MPE. Don't use Outlook. Just MPE & Google synch now with Sony Equinox. Have the 1.82.
I did a synch of the phone to MPE that put on 2nd computer for 1st time. That one is set up to synch with MPE only.

Discoverd that when go over the contacts a photo is present. When click on it to edit. There is a image box within the edit screen.

My original computer doesn't have that. When I click on it only shows name etc. Not any photo edit box. How do I get that? I've never had it with any of the versions on this computer. Would have never known it existed if hadn't put it on a 2nd computer.

On the PC where the photos are missing: Click on the second button in the toolbar: Download entire

Maybe you did change the sync-protocol from SyncML to IRMC-SYNC. Contactphotos can be handled only throught SyncML

Thanks that was it. I wasn't aware it had changed thought it does say to use the other (preferred for TM717).

I have tried to change IRMC-SYNC but without result. The option SyncML is some kind deactivated, I cannot choose it. I sync MPE with Outlook 2007. Does this thing matters? I desperately want to sync my photos with my mobile phone.
