I took a look at my changelog. The C905 requires at minimum MyPhoneExplorer v1.7.1 - maybe you had installed v1.7.0.

I dont know what I clicked to download, I think i maybe have the old version on my works PC too. Im sure it was the last one you released.

Oh well, all is working as it should ...

MyPhoneExplorer v1.6.7 was in general not compatible with the C905, please download and install v1.7.2 . If you have still crashs with v1.7.2 then post the logfile again after crash.

OK, installed new version again and tried a photo upload and updated a contact. Everything working as it should ...

Click on Start (bottom left of the desktop), then on "Run". In the inputfield you enter "%appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer\Debug.txt". then click on OK. Important: Do this directly after the crash.

First in contact details, then in filebrowser, then you installed the old version and after this it still crashes. What you want to tell me ?

Please tell me details and diffrences. With the informations you gave me i can do nothing. The logfile after the crash could also help (Start-Run-%appdata ...

The new version on my PC keeps crashing.....when I edit or input a new contact details.

I just tried to upload a photo from my PC and it did it again.

I uninstalled the latest version and installed the old one that was before.

Just did it again.

OK, Ive swapped the USB cable over and it seems to be working fine.

Weird, as they both look to have the same pins. Who would have thought I used to fix aircraft electrics eh? Thanks FJ....sorry about the double posts

All fixed, panic over....thanks very much, I never noticed that in the advanced settings.

Is there a firewall i.e. Norton active? It is likely that these programms prohibit access to a time server.

Its not the Firewall as its been working fine for a long time. It only started ...

For some reason, when I do a "multi sync," the phone will not sync with the atomic clock now. As my job involves fixing clocks, I use the exact time on my phone maybe 3 or 4 times a day.

Any reason why this has happened?

Ive re-installed the software but it still does it.
