I installed the beta update (Google Play still doesn't seem to have the 'real' update yet)... and the SMS issue still exists.

To note: An error I'm seeing in the MPE Desktop log file:

21:26:18.31 [RX]: DUMP ...

Further to this (and I am not sure that it's the Android client issue that appeared 22-Jul-2024).. I'm unable to send SMS messages from the PC application since whatever broke.. broke.

Simply, what used to appear as white text on a coloured background (say, red) through the 'standard' colour picker on the desktop... now appears as black on red in MPE... but still appears as white text on a red background on the phone.
