When I launch MPE phone application, I see all my notes as synched with outlook 2010, no problem, but when I press the left SGS2 button to get menue(to search notes) it does not respond. MPE tasks is behaving well and I do get a search option when I press the left phone button!!

Any help is ...

I tried, but I could not find the indicated file, \Memory Stick\Application\SMemo\, or the switcher folder. BTW, I am not using the galaxy note; I am using the Galaxy S2!

MPE use its own note and task interface and phone widget. If you corretly installed MPE, you will find two new widget (MPE notes & MPE tasks).
Place them on one desktop and voila. The MPE sync will work with these MPE widgets but not with integrated Samsung Task and SNote. Only Kies is able ...

I use same phone, windows and outlook as you have indicated, but I did not know that outlook has to be running in order for MPE to sync. Thanks for the tip!!

After first sync, contacts and calendar were OK, but no sync of outlook notes to either the native memo application on the phone, or the MPE ...

Sometimes, I find it necessary to sync only tasks or notes with Outlook, not contacts, for example. is this possible with MPE??

Is there a way to sync Outlook2010 tasks and notes with the phone native tasks and memo?? this would save the extra phone apps added by MPE?
