Sync Outlook with native SGS2 Tasks and Memo

Is there a way to sync Outlook2010 tasks and notes with the phone native tasks and memo?? this would save the extra phone apps added by MPE?

I have SGS2 phone and I use Outlook2010 on my laptop daily.

No, this is not possible. Every phone producer uses its own apps. I need a stable database of rsync. All other would be very difficult to handle
