Can I choose to sync only one function with Outlook?

Sometimes, I find it necessary to sync only tasks or notes with Outlook, not contacts, for example. is this possible with MPE??

Yes. Just choose the option you're interested in (from the left hand side of the MPE window - calendar/contacts/whatever) and hit the 'sync' button at the top of the window. That will then just sync the option you have chosen - this is the way I always use MPE ......
