MyPhoneExplorer + Vivaz Pro + Vista = technical issue

I have a problem

. My MPE sees SE Vivaz pro only just after restarting it, than not. i can't even run synchronization. Why?

Maybe cause the Vivaz pro is not listed in the supported phones list

Wait for the next update, the Vivaz pro is not compatible with the current version

Vivaz and Vivaz Pro have almost the same firmware, so, as an IT-almost-specialist, I don't understand it...

As also an IT specialist i tell you that MyPhoneExplorer decides some technices based on the Model-ID - and cause of MyPhoneExplorer 1.7.6 was released before the Vivaz pro the Model-ID is missing.

But i'm wondering that a IT-specialist like you does not search the forum before creating a new thread
