Problem on Sync SMS inbox from my phone

Hi Support,
Currently I facing a problem which is when i run MPE to sync sms Inbox from my phone sometimes half way of sync the Windows will prompt application is not responding need to be close, after sync the list of the SMS inbox of the MPE all empty or almost finish the sync of the sms it stop responding.

Currently I was using:
MPE version 1.72
OS is Windows Vista
Phone is W910i

This issues i was facing 2 months ago i try to reinstall or restart my pc sometimes is help but not all the time.
Hope support help me on this.
