How to upload archived msg to phone?

Thanks for his wonderful software.
I' using this for a long time.

I have a query that how we can upload archived SMS to the phone.
I used to flash many times so I need my msgs back in my phone.
Please help me out.

Select the messages, rightclick, Upload to phone

If you often flash your phone it would be better to use the backup-feature. Menu-Extras-Create backup
