Contacts - scroll problem

Beitrag von onegin »

Hello,

when I'm scrolling over contacts, MPE hangs. It's 100 percent reproducible. I found that this is a problem of contact photos. It is possible that this is problem of the the image size. When I was changing the photo contact through MPE, offered me to change its size (width, height). After resizing was launched everything in order.
Could it be your idea to improve the MPE. When MPE will have problem witf photo format, MPE will continuewithout displaying photos - not hack.

You are sure it has to do with the photos ?
Does it make a diffrence if the Tooltip for the contact is shown or not ?

Hello,

I think yes, because when I exchanged of photo, everything was in order. Detail contact does not appear at the error , only program was stuck (windows hourglass 2-3 minutes without change).

Hi,

excuse me, but that photo I can't send you, because it is private. I studied the difference between "bad" photo and "good" photo, the only difference is in size. Bad photo size is 227.86 KB, good photo size 168.84 KB. It will be enough for analysis?
The last time I was a little more working with MPE software and it has sometimes a problem with stability, especially in speeding up the transition from one menu to another.

Sincerely,
Peter, Slovakia
