how many messages can be saved in archive??

i am using k810i and MPE version of 1.7.1.i want to ask that how many sms can be saved in archive?? at the moment i have 14169 messages.
my 2nd question is-if i upgrade MPE version --will i get my whole archive in that version also?
if yes then how?

I tested the Archive up to 45000 messages. It works but the general performance of MyPhoneExplorer is slower. A update is recommened. Just start the setup of v1.7.5 - you'll loose no data.
