accidentally deleted SMSes from MPE

Hi,

I decided to upgrade the firmware of my phone today so I synced (not backuped:[ ) all my smses and stuff... After upgrading the firmware I then synced again BUT the SMS window only showed smses from 02/10/2009 and earlier (I think a window popped up when I clicked sync. It said something about deleting messages and then I pressed cancel coz I didn't want it to delete anything >_>).

I checked the .dat files that MPE saves and saw that all except SMSarchive.dat were overwritten. (Everything else had a timestamp of 17:50 but SMSarchive had a timestamp of 13:47)

Is there a way to get the SMSes from smsarchive.dat onto my phone? My older smses are quite useless... It's the newer ones that I want

The messages are lost

The SMS-Content is refreshed - not synced. I made this additional feature to prevent users from deleting their messages but if you click on Abort then the user don't want to use this feature - so the messagelist will be refreshed in the normal way.
