K800i not 'visible' - any help most welcome!

Hello all

I've downloaded MPE 1.7.4 this evening in a desparate attempt to download SMS from my k800i to my laptop.

Phone is in 'phone' mode and connected to laptop via USB, MPE started, MPE shows no infomation about phone whatsoever, as if phone is not connected...

Not being very technically minded this has me very stuck..! I don't have the CD which came with the phone and suspect I didn't install any of the phone's software after having bought it.

Any help to resolve this would be very, very much appreciated!

I think you did not install the drivers for your phone.
