How to view contacts from backup without restoring?

When I cleaning contacts, I was delete needed contact. I want restory only this contact and not any other.

You could import the backupfile, but then you'll have all contacts from the backup in the contactslist of MPE. But you could delete the senseless contacts before syncing

The second way would be to open the Backupfile with notepad - search for the contact - make a vCard-File out of the contact-data. But this is something for advanced users.
