Multiple Syncing at same time

I would love to be able to sync my contacts and calendars between my phone, google AND Outlook 2007

Its hard enought to keep 3 Databases in Sync (Phone, MyPhoneExplorer and Third-Party-App). I will not add this functionality cause i think it would be more a buggy thing then a solution.
