Could not open COM3! error message

Hello frnd,

when i try to connect MPE thru USB to my P1i mobile i receive an error with header "Could not open COM3! "
I have attached below the error message.

can anyone help me?

Did you install the SonyEricsson-Suite and M-Router?

The drivers are installed - but the modemport is missing (for Symbians there are normally 3 COM-Ports (one is working) - on your PC you have only 2 Ports so one is missing. Restart your phone and PC, ensure that you have admin-access when you plug in the phone (admin-mode is normally not needed when drivers are installed, but please work as admin while testing)
