Problem opening program

Have just downloaded MPE. I'm not sure how to get the messages from my phone onto the program but when I try synchronising or pressing cpnnect [or anything at all within the program!] it says "MY phone explorer is not responding" and says "A program caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and alert you if a solution is available" but nothing happens and MPE just closes down. I've tried uninstalling and installing it again but nothing works. Help!

I'm using Windows Vista and don't know how to get RUN up!! I don't know if there is a logfile.... useless with computers I suppose

OK, we try it without logfile. Which phonemodel do you want to connect ?

It's a W910i
I put in the USB and pressed Phone Mode on my phone.... Then try to press anything [Connect/Sync] but it says "Initiating" then "Not Responding". I just don't understand.

To do this

(Start-Run-%appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer\Debug.txt-OK)

you have to press windowskey + R.
A dialog opens. There you can type "%appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer\Debug.txt" and press "OK". This is the logfile FJ wants you to post.

I think you are connecting to your Wireless Modem and not to the phone. Did yu install the drivers for your phone ? I did not see them in the logfile. Dont forget to choose "Phonemode" when you ug in the phone.
