z750 MPE does not know MMS messages are there

I have a debranded z750a. When I load MyPhoneExplorer and go to the Messages area, it shows all my SMS messages but does not show that there are MMS messages in my inbox. (i.e. messages with pictures.) If I delete all my messages through MyPhoneExplorer, it leaves the MMS messages untouched. Can this be added or is this an unsolvable problem?
