Bluebook Contacts

Hi all,

not not sure if this is an option somewhere, or something to add to the wish list.

It appears that editting and deleting contacts on my phone (Ericson W980) using the latest version of My Phone Explorer (1.7.2) is not compatible with O2 bluebook.

For example, lets say my phone and BlueBook are in sync. If I delete a contact from my phone using the phone and synchronise with bluebook then the same contact is deleted from BlueBook. Great.

But if I delete the contact using my phone explorer, and sync to bluebook, it is not deleted from BlueBook. Instead the contact from BlueBook is restored to my phone. It is as if the phone forgets the fact that the contact was deleted when it is deleted using My Phone Explorer.

Has anyone else experienced this?

This can be a bug in the phone or in Bluebook. The phone has to store every change - no matter if it was deleted from the user or a Sync-Software. This makes no diffrence. MyPhoneExplorer has also no control how the phone saves this change. MyPhoneExplorer just commands the phone to delete the contact.

thanks for the reply. On the basis of the information you have provided then it sound like a bug in the phone to me too! I hope the Sony Ericsson developers are reading this!!!
