C905 and bluetooth with MPE

Hi,

I am about to upgrade my phone to a C905. I currently find MPE fabulous and use it constantly through bluetooth, which enables me to leave my phone locked in a drawer at work.

All of the posts that I have seen seem to suggest that most people connect their C905 via a USB cable? Is this necessary with the C905??

Are people still having issues with this phone?

Hi,

i also use a C905 with both types of connection (USB cable and Bluetooth) and i have no problems in any way.

Running on two systems with XP SP3:
1st Dell Optiplex GX280 with Widcomm BT stack,
2nd Dell Latitude D830 with Toshibas BT stack.
Also works fine with MS BT stack.

The biggest diffrence is the connection-speed. The USB-Cable is much faster
