Thank you thank you!!!! My first K850i got water damaged and after many unsuccessful attempt to get it working properly gave up and got a new one. I tried to copy all data, sms etc from the old to the new with the PC suit but no chance. Just used your software and it was successful. Fantastic. Thank you again. This software rocks! LOL
