I Cant Connect My w810i

hey..i cant connect my w810i..y? am using USB connector for it. help me plz.. or is there any setting to do in potion?..here is the pic of error/

Did you install the drivers ?
Did you choose "Phone mode" while connecting ?

BTW.: Change the color-sheme of MPE in the settings, with your customized windows-theme the Menu looks ugly.

I installed all drivers. In the menu I can't choose another port than "COM".
It looks like it can't see my USB port.
And my PC has no bluetooth...

Do I need a serial port ?? a special cable ?

Please post the logfile after "Search phone" (Menu-File-Settings-Show logfile)
