Trying to update my phone explorer . Only gives old call info. When trying to sync get Microsoft Error Screen. Cannot sync my new call info. also 2/3 of my outgoing calls have no date.

You meant sms and not calls.
OK, the timestamp of outgoing messages cannot be read out - take a look at the FAQ.
Cause ther errorscreen: Post the logfile or send it to me via email after MyPhoneExplorer crashed. The log can be found in %appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer\Debug.txt
