Can't connect with my Hp Ipaq 6365

Hi there... I'm a new user of this incredible software but why MyPhoneExplr can't connect with my Ipaq 6365, I'm using cradled-usb cable to connecting with my laptop. Meanwhile microsoft autosync can works easily.
so please help me...
