Call log doesn’t remember the names.

I have configured MPE to search for unknown phone numbers when someone calls me. This works fine. But the next day, when I will check the call log, these names are gone (not the phone number)! If I choose to search again (right click and search), the name appears again.

Is this a bug or is it design to be like this?
