OBEX error

Sorry if it's mentioned already, but I can't find any relevant posts.

I can't sync phone book and calendar entries from P1i to my PC (WinXP Pro Ver 2002 SP2). The connection has been established and all the other functions are working properly, but if I try to read phone book or calendar, I always get the following error message after 2-3 minutes timeout: "Sync could not be initialized, -2147467259 Unknown".
Attached please find the debug log.

Could you please help me to fix it? What could be wrong?

It happened also sometimes with my P1i. Restart your phone and also your PC and try it again.

Unfortunately it happens even after I restarted both the PC and the phone.

Hmm - does it work with the official PC-Suite ?

Yes, its version is 1.5.8 (mRouter 3.1.0.28). I tried with 1.3.33 also (mRouter version is the same), but that doesn't help neither.

However, after several attempts (and full restarts) I was able to transfer Notes from phone to PC, but only once, and never again... Phone Book and Calendar - still no success.

Good news!
On another machine I was able to start OBEX connection, so there seems to be problem with the PC (not the phone)... I keep on testing.

Why is it so unreliable? Actually, I don't really know, WHAT is unreliable. I've tested it several times on several PC's with varying results...

I don't know the exact reason. I had it sometimes with my P1i but since 2 month i never got this message.

I had the same problem, my phone book contained a lot of double and triple entries. After cleaning up, the problem disapperared. The number of entries in my contact list was reduced from ~ 800 to ~300. Maybe it happens after a certain time or amount of data tranferred?
