No automatic synch with Sony Ericsson K750i

I have installed My phone explorer 1.7.0 first time on my IBM Think Pad T60 for my mobile phone Sony Ericsson K750i. But new messages and incoming calls are not appearing automatically in My phone explorer. Can any body let me know the reason.
