problem with kind of flash messages..

So..I'm not sure if this kind of messages are flash but it's something similar I guess..Problem happen when I send to my network provider code for checking for example my balance or free messages available.. For that I use some *xxx*# or *xxx# code where xxx are numbers (and * # star and hash symbol).First part of my problem is that if I type that on MPE keypad program auto add my country code if front of code so I get error code not supported or smth.. (it also happened when I try to send message to some special number for TV voting or smth where I should use just 1234 for example without country code prefix-this 2nd case is harder to recognize cause 1st one usually starts with one of two simbols * or # and voting case just with numbers so there is no sign for identification). Rest of my problem consider reciving that message.. Even if I somehow send *789# request to network (over mobile keypad) I have no identification on PC that I recieve anything,esspecually I can not read status I request from operator (free messages left,balance etc).. maybe this second is not possible to read at all? I ask my operator is there any code for checking these status info in other way so I recieve regular message but the answer is no. ;( 10q 4 hleping me..

Its known that Network-Codes does not work correctly throught the software-interface. Nothing i can do against this
