1.67 setup problem

as in title i have problem with app. setup. The setup can't finish extracting all files, because when it comes to "Registering C:\Program Files\MyPhoneExplorer\DLL\ShellMgr.dll" parameter, the setup just crashes.

the same problem happens with me & after that i tried to install the previous version but the same error occur

Make a exeption in DEP for the MPE setup file and after install for the MPE program file.
