i test program in many ways and i understand that if sms delivered, the log file write this:
06C80B819021237329F780708032612449807080326154490000000012
and if the sms not delivered and failed, log file write this:
06CE0B819021001001F080708032249549807080322495494200000012
and after some test i think that:
if sms delivered, this 2bit's show that:
06C80B819021237329F780708032612449807080326154490000000012
and if not delivered, this 2 bits show that:
06CE0B819021001001F080708032249549807080322495494200000012
1.is it correct???
2.i see some delivery report like this:
02290B819031434658F880707022048449807080610494494600000012
and in this case there is not 49 or 00 and there is 46, what should i do in this case???

Hi
I think its the best you use PDUSpy for your tests. In your case you have to select incoming and no SMSC Header.
If you want to know everything of PDU's you can find the specs for SMS-transfer on http://www.3gpp.org/
