Connection problem with w710i

This software is exactly what I'm looking for, except, it's not working, for me at least.

I have a w710i and am running Windows XP.
I tried connecting via MyPhoneExplorer but it said my phone couldn't be found. So I restarted my computer and got the battery out of my phone for 2 minutes.

Then I tried again and now the computer has found but it gives an error that it can't identify the phone?

I'm choosing the phone mode and I use the USB-cable for connecting.

lol ok I got it, needed to install pc suite on this computer, this can be locked.

PC Suite is not needed, but the USB-Drivers. They get installed when installing the PC Suite... (There are ways without PC Suite, have a look at the FAQ)
