Exporting to vcard

Hello, I found some things, when exporting vcard to use them in Windows Address Book:

- numbers called "other" stored as "TEL:+7xxxxxxxxxx", Windows Address Book does not understand this contact info and skips

- Character encoding is UTF-8, Windows Address Book does not view correctly Cyrillic names after import

This are bugs from WAB. There are standards for writing vCards MPE keeps the most of these standards (TEL: and UTF8 are some of them)
