Timestamp not correct for incoming messages

I have a sony ericsson k800i. When I try to archieve my inbox, the timestamp of the messages is wrong by 6 hours. What could be the reason?

I think you have a problem with the timezones.
What timezone do you have on the pc, which on the phone?

Did you change the daylightsaving-option?

MyPhoneExplorer reads the time "As is". If you get a message from another timezone you'll see the Time when it was sent there.
