Sync with Outlook All Day Events Not Syncing

When we try to sync outlook to the phone using Outlook 2002, All Day Events from calendar don't sync with the MyPhoneExplorer and neither with the phone. Can anyone confirm this for me?

On my machine it works, have you set any filter in MyPhoneExplorer ?
