phone identification

i have a problem connecting my k800i to phone explore with bluetooth.
i get a phone identification error. Ihave used explorer before and never had this problem. I tried the new version of explorer but with same results.
any help please

First initiate the service "Serial Connection" in your BT-Software for your phone - after this it should work.
