Please help: can I export my phonebook to another phone?

I lost my SE W800i last weekend.
Luckily I had saved my contact list in my computer, using MyPhoneExplorer, a few months ago.
Now can I transfer/export my phonebook from my PC to another phone, i.e. to a Nokia one? And how?
Can you help me, please?

If you want to import it into a SE-Phone, it will be no problem. You can use MPE > Right Click > Import or just send the file to phone.

If you want to import it into a Nokia-Phone, I'm not sure if it will accept the file as it is.
