MyPhoneExplorer window turns up at start but is frozen

Hi. When I start MPE it seems like it tries to starts another program as well. I get the "logo" on the screen and a sign of another program. Both freeze on the screen and I need to end the programs through "Task Manager". Is anyone familiar to the problem?
