Great application, nothing else as good that I have found. This may already be in the app but a worthwhile option is to be able to use the standard speaker/mic jacks from a sound card or laptop for calls. I currently use a headset for messeging and document dictation, this would be a great option to be able to use the same headset for the phone conversations.
